Love them. They make it easy They have very reasonable rates and are very clear as to what is covered and what is not covered. The claim I processed took less than a week to resolve - they are absolutely fantastic!

I really like Travelers. I think their customer service is top notch and the rates are so so so reasonable! I wish this insurance was offered in every state!

I recently had to replace my windshield. It was the easiest process from making the call to getting someone to come to my house to replace it since it was too dangerous to drive with it shattered. No run around, no being transefered to a million differnt people. Literally took a few minutes to get it set. Very happy.

My tablet cracked and I submitted my claim, not even a day later I got a phone call about my claim. We discussed it and the agent was very kind and helpful, they approved my claim and my tablet is scheduled to be fixed! I would absolutely recommend them and I'm so glad I have them!

Thanks to Jaime E and colleagues for great service. My car was t-boned on the passenger side by a dear friend whose husband was dying. She and I have been travelers policy owners for many years. Although their rates may appear higher, they are worth every penny. They made it easy for us to navigate the repair during a difficult time.

Erinn from New England Claim Center is handling my claim. She is professional, informative, and honest. I've had horrible experiences with other insurance companies. But Erinn was so kind and helpful. I recommend Travelers and especially Erin to assist you when you need help with an insurance claim.

We recently filled a claim on our home insurance, due to storm damage. The roof on our home needed to be replaced. David Bittner with Travelers handled the claim. He did an amazing job! He sprung into action! He was very competent, friendly and had such personality!! He was very professional and communicated well with us. The claim was paid quickly after the roof was completed. We were so pleased and highly recommend Travelers Insurance and David Bittner!!
